Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content

• Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents, etc.)
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or harm to individuals or groups
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Exploits or harms minors in any way
• Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Violates privacy rights or discloses personal information without consent
• Is defamatory, libelous, or intentionally misleading

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service without authorization
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotional offers
• Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
• Attempt to bypass credit limits, usage restrictions, or payment requirements

3. Content Ownership and Rights

You must:

• Own all rights to content you upload or have obtained necessary permissions
• Ensure you have the right to process and create derivative works from uploaded content
• Comply with all applicable laws and third-party terms (e.g., YouTube Terms of Service if downloading YouTube content)
• Not upload content that you do not have the legal right to use

4. Fair Use and Resource Limits

You agree to use the service reasonably and not to:

• Consume excessive server resources or bandwidth
• Upload unusually large files that exceed stated limits
• Make an unreasonable number of API requests or service calls
• Use the service in a way that negatively impacts other users

We reserve the right to throttle, limit, or suspend accounts that engage in excessive usage.

5. Compliance with Laws

You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations when using Demtos Clip. This includes but is not limited to:

• Copyright and intellectual property laws
• Privacy and data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Export control and sanctions laws
• Anti-spam and communications laws

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately at:

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Investigate suspected violations of this policy
• Remove or disable access to content that violates this policy
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
• Report illegal activities to law enforcement
• Take legal action against users who violate this policy

Enforcement actions are taken at our sole discretion. Account termination for policy violations will result in loss of access to all content and credits without refund.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of Demtos Clip after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
